Business to Residential

I have been looking in and off trying to sort a virgin connection at my flat, up until about 15 years ago the flats were used as offices however they are now flats above shops, they are entirely separate entities to the shops and have never shared use. The two neighbouring flats on either side show up on the Virgin media website but not my flat, however it does show on the business page, all the local properties use Virgin as we haven’t been upgraded to fiber yet but I can’t use it! Whenever I contact Virgin media it’s a flat out no and they don’t seem prepared to listen to reason (the two flats attached to me have it so why can’t I?), and when I contact Virgin business they don’t understand, and on one occasion was transferred to O2!! I just want a reliable internet connection and I have been trying to sort it for years at this point, any help or advice?
