It should cost nothing, classed as a fault.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I worked in binary and found it easier when moving on to octal. I didn't bovver with hex. lazy rather than thick - I hope 🙂
So, instead of trying, unsuccessfully, to unravel your message, would you like to wise me up please? I like the F bit, which I assume is not vulgar, but means you are saying that 16 out of 10 can't suss it?
One more - is your 10 an 8(octal) or 16(decimal)
This will keep me awake all night for weeks, until you let me off the hook:-)
