Brown box vandalised
I am already having problems with an attempt to switch to Virgin from an existing provider in terms of a smooth transfer date and now realise that the brown box outside that was recently vandalised is probably the Virgin connection box.
I do not know which method of connection virgin are intending to use. My present provider is cable almost to the building but then the last leg is via a telephone wire.
Exasperatingly I have an order placed but no account number yet and so I cannot contact Virgin to get help on anything. It would be helpful if they had a way for customers wanting and trying to join Virgin to communicate with them.
It is all very off-putting that I am probably going to end up remaining with my existing provider or finding someone else as I cannot communicate with Virgin.
I note that a number of other customers have had the brown box vandalised. This appears to be something of a trend.
