Broken outside box

I'll try again. My outside box is broken. I have reported it before and been contacted, but after answering security questions nothing happens. Can someone help, or suggest what I can do to sort this out?

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to get the external box fixed yet
    I’d like to investigate this for you and arrange a visit
