Broadband speeds
Hi I recently received an email saying my broadband speed was to be upgraded that date has passed I’ve rebooted modem but speed is still the same ,wondering if anyone has any information as to why no upgrade,thanks

Have you checked the speed to the hub showing on https://samknows.com/realspeed/ and compared that to the Max Traffic Rate showing on the hubs Configuration page via 192.168.0.1 ?

Check that you haven't been put on a new contract that you hadn't agreed to.

Have you tested your broadband speed via the site that newapollo advised or do you still need further assistance to get this looked into?
