Broadband order not fulfilled
I'd appreciate some assistance - I placed an order for a new service on the 18th Dec and selected 12 Jan to deliver my quick start pack. I have not received any further communication from Virgin or Yodel other than the Contract Info Sheet and Contract Summary Sheet so I cannot even track in My Virgin. We're taking ownership of this new property today and was hoping to be ready with our broadband but this doesn't seem possible new.
