Box cover blown away in storm

The cover to my outside box has blown away in the storm and there is no sign of it. There isn't an option for this problem on the phone. Can someone help please?

  • I called today and picked a random option and when I got through to an advisor explained the situation. They booked an engineer visit though did try to charge me £25 for it. I refused to pay the charge and said I would leave the wires etc exposed. They waived the fee though not had a confirmation email or text yet!!

    Report it as a fault. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

  • Thanks - I did try using 150 on the landline but none of the options were relevant and it didn't give me any opportunity to talk to a person. I've also tried the WhatsApp message route but no reply.  This was my last resort.

        Can you remember how to managed to talk to someone? I haven't got that far.
