Booking an Engineer
Hi all.
Seems booking an engineer is way harder than it needs to be, even phoning in has you running around in circles. Just need my Hub relocated. Any actual VM staff on here that can get me an appointment booked?

A VM forum team member should reply here to assist usually within a few days. Cost for a non-fault call out should be £25.
