Booking an engineer to move fibre point

I’m trying to book an engineer to move my fibre cable and point. The current cable runs around the house and was broken so we currently have no internet. 
Please could someone contact me as soon as possible.

    As this is a Community forum, it can take a couple of days for VM to respond.  If your need is urgent, best to phone in.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
