Block of flats - how can I get Virgin Media Broadband?

Hi, I live in a relatively new(ish) block of flats (built in 2011), however, I'm not currently able to get Virgin Media Broadband. This is a big shame, as my current download speeds with my providor ...

If the service at your location is legacy HFC network (1990s built) then you won't get it. Virgin is no longer expanding it's coaxial network, which would have to involve a complete & expensive retrofit of the buildings cabling (at the management companies expense). Virgin is overbuilding with full fibre, but most of the network is yet to go live.
