How long it takes to update the database is anyone's guess. However, any new additions on an existing street that do not already exist will come up as unserviceable. This will be because there is no direct access or "tee point" installed at the boundary. You will have to get VM to send a spotter out to assess the existing network to see what alterations are required & if those alterations come within budget.

The whole street is registered for VM so I doubt it'd be unserviceable.
I think it's just a case of them updating their database so I can raise my order. I don't really want to wait any longer as it's been time consuming registering the property on the RM website.
Hoping someone from VM can push through the address.- John_GS

If this is a new build and the developer hasn't engaged with VM at all to get their services installed then it's unlikely you're going to get connected.
What is the backstory behind the property? Is it a new build on an existing site that was served before?
