Address not showing on postcode checker but my neighbours are shown

I’m in the same situation with address not showing but all neighbouring properties are could you please help solve this and get VM broadband installed at my property

We're sorry to hear that your address is not yet available on our site, can I ask if you have called to speak with our sales teams directly on 0800 183 1234? 

They may be able to arrange a spotter for the address to have it added to our side.
