Address not listed

Hi, I need to arrange a set up for Virgin Media broadband at the flat I'm moving into, but the address is not listed likely because it is a new build. However the postcode definitely has Virgin media services available judging by the addresses that are listed and through checking other sites. I've checked with Royal Mail and the address is listed so I just need it to be added to Virgin's database. This is urgent as I need connection for remote working. Look forward to hearing from someone!

    Your best bet is the ring VM Sales on 0800 183 1234. 

    But nothing will happen quickly. Your landlord or building manager will have to give permission for cable installation, drilling holes in walls etc. And it will depend on VM having spare capacity in their local area.
