Address not listed

Hi,

I have just moved into a flat in Belfast. Whenever I went to check virgin availability, every other flat showed up bar ours. However, the previous tenants had virgin internet, as shown by the virgin box being installed.

Is there a way for me to rectify this?

    There are 2 ways to check and see if you can get our services installed.
