Virgin mobile credit account

I how/ who do I contact to pay me credit agreement to.

I am being passed between virgin and 02,  with no resolution.

    If it's not being paid by Direct Debit then you'd need to call us on 0345 602 4420 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
