Roaming

Going abroad to Turkey and can’t see anything to check my account is set up for this Can’t see plan and device or manage services . Cheers

    Sorry to hear you are unable to access your account in regards to roaming abroad. We want to best help from here. Can you let us know if it is an O2 SIM you have? If so, it is best to contact O2 directly, as seen here. Or do you have a handset agreement with Virgin Media that you need information for?
