Mobile phone loan

I am having money taken out of my bank by ‘virgin media’ I had a handset contract and an airtime contract originally. (the airtime contract switched to O2 and I have closed my O2 account and moved to a sim only with another provider) I cannot find my original email to find out when the handset payment should end. I cannot login to virgin media, it just says I do not have an account. I can login to O2 but that just has the old airtime bills, nothing about the handset. I’m at a loss.
