Balance I owe on my Virgin mobile phones

I have spent 2 hours trying to obtain the balance on my 3 Virgin mobile phones. My contact was taken over by O2 but the phone payments are still with Virgin mobile who you can't get hold of. I have tried to login but it will not accept my email address or send me a new link. i have called 03454541111, 03456000789, they all ask for area code & account number that are on my bills but i can't view the bill as it will not let me into the website!!!!!!! If i stopped my direct debit i'm 100% sure i would hear from Virgin then. Can you please advise how the hell i find out this information.
