Verification link expired
The email we sent you to verify your changes has now expired.
You will need to request this change again via the Account details page, a new email will then be sent.
But it did actually change the email address, wunderfull.
Sigh.
Correct the change did go through, but that coming up obviously made me think it didn't.

It sounds like despite the notification you were able to successfully complete the change you wanted to. If you can please confirm for us that you are able to access the My VM account when you try to log in?

This has been on going for several days now.
I need to update my phone number and although I change it and it says it's changed - it actually hasn't. So whenever I check it's back to what it was.
I am NOT looking for someone to do this for me, I need to be able to change it myself, please fix it.
