With my account contract ending soon I thought I'd change this in case any decent deals came my way. Guess what, I can't. It errors every time:

So why are there so many issues with your site! You'd think this would be one thing you actually want to work!!!
This has been on going for several days now.
I need to update my phone number and although I change it and it says it's changed - it actually hasn't. So whenever I check it's back to what it was.
I am NOT looking for someone to do this for me, I need to be able to change it myself, please fix it.
