Yet again lied to by virgin media staff
Spent days trying to get through been told multiple times that I would get call backs, never once did it happen. Been trying to get a reasonable explanation of my bill and order boosters, met by rude individuals and multiple staff leaving chats and hanging up before any resolution. Finally managed to get through to one individual who promised that they had ordered boosters to my home address this was now weeks ago and they have never arrived. Absolutely scandalous behaviour from what is meant to be a professional company. I've got transcript of the conversations where this was promised. Any ideas on how to get through to the staff? Can't afford to spend any more countless hours trying to get through, I just need to get my boosters
