Where do I stand

I recently had a call about an upgrade to my package. She spoke it all through and sent me through the details to esign and it was £72.50 and listed Kids Pack, Movies, and Sky Sports on the TV section. I agreed that pack but there was a delay on the phone with me receiving them so after our phone call I received several contracts on both email and SMS which I ignored.

I then received my confirmation email which included details of my package which was £72 and just had MegaTV listed in the TV section and not specifically sports movies and kids as first agreed. She also said on the phone about sending out some boosters which I can’t see confirmation of..

Question being:

if I signed the contract for £72.50 does that one stick? Or does Mega TV include sports movies and Cinema (looking online I can’t seem to find what channels it includes)

    I can't tell you anything useful myself about VM's TV ofering as I have never used it but a good general rule of thumb to follow with VM would be to make sure every single thing you think you are getting when you renew is listed in writing somewhere just in case any VM 'confusion' happens when your new package comes through.

    There are regular topics on here when a renewing customer thinks they are getting 'the same' as they had before (or better) but the 'equivalent' renewal package is not quite as equivalent as the customer thought. This is particularly so when it comes to TV channels and also landline phone plans as part of the deal.

    I'm sorry to hear of the issues experienced when trying to understand the full details of the renewal of the TV services. 

    Sadly Mega TV does not include TNT Sports, due to the recent change in ownership from BT and TNT, the agreement with Virgin Media came to an end and cannot currently be included within our TV packages and can only be issued as an add on, which also applies to the Kid TVs package we offer too.
