What's included if I renew my contract?

Coming to the end of my contract and I've been offered a renewal including TNT Sports (hooray!) but no mention of Netflix at all in the documents - this is despite the offer stating "Choose this deal and keep your current Virgin Media plan without losing anything" - pretty unambiguous wording, but the contract that VM have sent does not reflect this offer...

Please can someone check whether the contract would still include Netflix and if so, will it be Netflix Standard (as I currently have and so would expect to keep) or will it be the reduced Netflix with Ads?....

    VM only now offer Netflix with ads. Forum staff have confirmed that on numerous recent occasions, and it's been well documented in the tech press.

    If you've got advertising material which claims "no changes" - you wouldn't be the first and I wouldn't be surprised - then I would personally keep a good record of that. Screenshots etc.

      Thanks - I'm hoping one of th team on here can confirm that I will have any Netflix included as the contract documents don't have any mention at all....

        No mention in the contract, even under add-ons, then it's not included in the bundle.

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear the offer taken isn't showing Netflix, if this doesn't show then it will not be included, you can still add this by setting it up vis the box and selecting payments Via Virgin Media payments or we can have a look to see what is available with Netflix, so I can check I have sent you an invite into a private chat, please click on the white envelope to accept.
