What a circus

I have been a customer of VM for many, many years.  I have worked in various organisations, many much maligned by the public and the media (some of them richly deserved to be, others were hard done by) but I i have never ever come across an entity so incompetent and so severely mismanaged as VM has become. Strictly speaking, I am leaving VM on 27 May but have already been disconnected.  The ombudsman is going to love reading my story.

  • Ensure that you get automatic compensation for the complete loss of service through to the end of your contract. If you call it in as a fault on 0345 454 1111 you might get it resolved (or you might not).

    Sorry to hear this is still unresolved for you. I can see that you were speaking with my colleague regarding your concerns. 

    If you're happy for us to process through account security so we can discuss the account with you, my colleague would be able to see if there is anything further we could support with. 

    We wouldn't be able to assist, discuss or action anything on an account we have not passed account security on.

      This case has gone beyond talking; I do not understand the culture within Virgin Media.  There really is no need for me to continually tell people who I am; VM know who I am and how long I have been a customer; and where I am.  It's really up to VM to contact me.  Seems that is where the reluctance is.
