Welcome email lost so can't login online

Hi, I'm going round in circles and the Customer Service is so poor.  I'm trying to get into my account online but can't register.  It's asking me to link my Media ID account but asking for my account number which I don't have access to as many of my emails have recently been deleted and I didn't download the contract stupidly.  I've tried calling Customer Services twice and can't get through to a person and there is no option for technical help online!

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues linking up your VM account. Whilst we're not able to give you the account details, we can arrange for your contract to be resent.
