Welcome email and contract not received, signed up for paper billing
I did not get a welcome email with my contract, but I got my broadband connection and it is working. I called VM, and someone sent a bill over using which I was able to login to my account and pay my first bill.
However, I have a couple of issues.
- I am getting charged for a paper bill and there seems to be no option to turn it off anywhere on the settings.
- When I try to download my contract, it says "Unfortunately we don't have a digital copy of your current contract."
I am not sure what I should try to do next.
