Finding it extremely difficult to cancel, I want an email address I can use, phone number option and online not working, thank you

There is no email address for VM, cancellations or otherwise. And cancellation notice can't be given online.
If you're having problems with calling, you can put the disconnection request in writing instead. Details are on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/leaving
