You should call in - 150 from VM, 0345 4541111 otherwise. The online offers may differ from whatever the 'phone agents can offer you, but you can proactively make sure of remaining on TiVo-software if you do so.
The only occasion when a migration to TV360 is compulsory, is if the proposed package includes something that V6 can't offer - Disney+ or Paramount+ in most cases.
