VM/O2 account locked
My account has been locked since the 3rd December 2025, I have phoned O2 and VM several times, and still nothing has been sorted.
Can someone help and get my account unlocked? It was VM that locked it, not me.

Can you confirm if you have received any correspondence as to why your account was locked? Once we have this information we can investigate further 😀
I have had several phone calls from O2 and I have phoned VM, and was told they will sort it? But not heard anything, and it's over a month ago now.
I was told VM locked my account due to security reasons. That's all I was told.
