VM have switched my Netflix Contract to have ads without my consent.

I recently renewed under a deal to "Keep Everything the same" including Netflix Standard and received the new contract verifying this. Now I have been informed by Netflix that VM have downgraded me to have "Netflix standard with ads" without my consent. Tried to use the web chat who frankly havent a clue, and obviously had no access to my account as they made silly offers on new contract prices. Now for retentions.....

      Would you be able to contact me as I have been trying to look at my renewal options on a "same basis" but have not got anywhere with the Live Chat who offered me a significantly worse deal than the renewal email I received a few days before. 

  • Same with me. I used webchat who were next to useless (they have no power to change anything). Escalated to retentions, very helpful but needed to raise to complaints. Complaints were excellent, giving me a discount to use to upgrade my Netflix subscription.
