Would you be able to contact me as I have been trying to look at my renewal options on a "same basis" but have not got anywhere with the Live Chat who offered me a significantly worse deal than the renewal email I received a few days before.

Same with me. I used webchat who were next to useless (they have no power to change anything). Escalated to retentions, very helpful but needed to raise to complaints. Complaints were excellent, giving me a discount to use to upgrade my Netflix subscription.
