Virginmedia credibility

I have finally decided enough is enough and I am intending not renewing my contract in August. £92.40/month is excessive for an 80year old and cannot be justified.

All the fun and trust of having the Virgin Media service has well and truly gone.

I understand your terms and conditions for not renewing is 30-day notice. I am now giving notice that I will not be renewing my contract.

  • "All the fun and trust of having the Virgin Media service". That's definitely one for the scrapbook.

You can't give notice on here, send a letter or phone in up to 60 days before end of contract, but make it clear of the date because there is potential to get charged an early termination fee!

Thank you. I’m so frustrated I have had two price increases in 12 months. The option now is to go to Ofcom and the ombudsman. Communication with Virgin Media is so difficult.

      Regards

      John
