Virgin not picking up a new build address but picks it up on the business page

I had been with virgin from 2011 to 2024 when we eventually moved into our new build house. 

 

The virgin boxes and everything are already installed in this property, however when I wanted to switch my address I was told you dont provide for my area and the post code couldnt be found. I have now lived here almost 2 years, the address is registered, found on royal mail, Google maps etc. 

I have always had really good service with Virgin and was gutted to have to switch to another provider, and I come back here often to see if Virgin can "Supply my area" but still cannot. However when I check the business virgin Daisy page, it says you can provide for my address? 

 

Please can this be looked into, as I would love to restore my services with Virgin again!

    We will send you an DM to take some information, from there we will then fill this in and send it off to the specialist team who look into these requests.

    It not a guarantee that you will get services after this though. 

    This can take up to 14 working days, sometimes a little longer.
