Virgin not picking up a new build address but picks it up on the business page
I had been with virgin from 2011 to 2024 when we eventually moved into our new build house.
The virgin boxes and everything are already installed in this property, however when I wanted to switch my address I was told you dont provide for my area and the post code couldnt be found. I have now lived here almost 2 years, the address is registered, found on royal mail, Google maps etc.
I have always had really good service with Virgin and was gutted to have to switch to another provider, and I come back here often to see if Virgin can "Supply my area" but still cannot. However when I check the business virgin Daisy page, it says you can provide for my address?
Please can this be looked into, as I would love to restore my services with Virgin again!
