Is there a problem just now, when I try to upgrade or change package, all I get is the "Oops" message. I want to cancel an add on. Tried via the app but same problem.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, here on the Forums we are not able to make a package change, with this you can find all ways to make it via our website here, can you confirm what add on you are trying to remove?
