Virgin Media homeless policy

Hi,

I spoke with one of your agents today, to let them know, I have to leave my home. Unfortunately we do not have anywhere to go, and have been filled as homeless by our local housing association.

The agent advised me, i would have to pay a ridiculous charge as I am still in contract, I explained the situation, how this is not been done out of choice, I literally do not have anywhere else to live. 

I have been a customer for years and have had no plans at all to cancel as , we have always been happy with the service provided. It's is ridiculous that Virgin Media would expect the same rules to apply to someone being in breach of contract through choice and those who are literally going to have no where to live.

I want to Request Fee Waiver because Im becoming homeless and I want to get early disconnection charges waived. I'd appreciate for your help.
