Virgin Media Great Phone Call Experience

Hi Virgin Media

I have given a review on Trustpilot for an employee of yours called Pryinka. I would just like to mention that she was absolutely lovely with her service and very polite and professional. She answered all my queries and was very patient and effective in a short period of time which I have been very satisfied with her service. I was just hoping she gets the recognition from her peers.
