Virgin Media emails going to older email address
At some point I updated my login and my contact email address. Most emails from Virgin go to this address, especially marketing emails, login authorisation codes and notifications relating to my contract. However sometimes important emails are still being sent to my old Blueyonder address which I access via Virgins Webmail service. For example the recent email informing us of the move from analogue phone lines to digital were sent to my old Blueyonder address.
Is there a reason why certain emails are still being sent to my Blueyonder email address?
