Virgin Media Connect not doing wifi scan

Does anyone know how to fix virgin media connect app to do a WiFi Scan without switching dual sim off to use the app?

 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Dual Sim, I found switching 2nd sim off the app works. Is there any way around this?

    As the WiFi scan is only needed to order Pods it shouldn’t be a big inconvenience?  Maybe the VM Dev Team will take your issue onboard at a later stage.
