Virgin media connect app isn't working

I got the virgin media connect app which works with your broadband hot spots but now I'm trying to log in it states you must have a 02 account to get the account up and running it states you can sign in with your normal virgin media account but it's joined along with 02 can't use it tried email address doesn't seem to work

    I've contacted virgin media direct but it's linked with virgin media and 02 accounts but I've failed security checks I could access it before but it's noŵ gone awol can't use it now
