Virgin Media Changed My Phone Package Without My Consent
Virgin Media removed 2 phone packages without my consent in late 2023 and moved me onto a non-equivalent phone package. As a result I am incurring monthly phone charges. This is a breach of my contract which is due for renewal in a week. The 2 original phone packages should be reinstated. I have spent hours on the phone with customer services who keep trying to connect me to the technical team but the technical team is never available. Please can someone help me get this resolved.
