Virgin media can’t log in and doesn’t recognise my virgin media account and I need to change my address

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in to My VM. This is something we can certainly help you with but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security. It's also worth noting that we're not able to help with changing the address however once your My VM log in issue is sorted, you can look at your options for moving home here.
