Virgin media and 02 sign in

I've had a virgin media and 02 account for forever and they have been linked since they first merged and I use volt. I've just tried to sign in to order a new remote and it's now say neither are linked to my virgin media o2 account and when I try to link them I get error messages. The message says they are already linked to a different email but it's my email address and then I go round in circles trying to link them. Same for my O2 but it's sending the text to a mobile number I do not know. Its really really frustrating, please help!

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with logging into your online account. Last night we had an issue related to a TV outage and made our systems in high demand by our customers and made it harder for some to log in, since we have fixed this issue our online services have now settled. can you please try now to access or register your online account and please let us know how you get on.

      Good morning,

      Its let me link my virgin media account but my O2 account its linking my daughters account and not mine. Is there a wat to add my account as well?

        Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with linking O2 accounts. You can link more than one account as long as you are the named account holder, for example you have your sim card and you order more in your name for the family. But should a family member get their own O2 sim deal, that will be classed as a separate account and cannot be Linked In conjunction with another O2 account.
