Virgin Media account access changes

Hi Guys,

Does anybody now have issues logging into their Virgin Media accounts to view emails, bills etc. The ability to amend/updated your logging-in  password has now disappeared - as a consequence I cannot now access my Virgin Media. The support team (which look at least  26 minutes to pick the call, currently cannot resolve this issue !!!!

Have anybody have/had similar issues and a resolution?

    I have had the same problem for over three months now, and despite registering a complaint and being assured it was now a priority with the IT department, still no resolution.  Ayisha B has now taken up the case, so will see what happens!!  Customers should not have to go through hoops to get the problem sorted, and it is only by using the forum, anything gets done.
