Virgin Kids removal

Afternoon

I am being charged £5 on my package for Virgin Kids. As there are no children in this household or visiting, can I have this removed before my next contract renewal, which I think is in June or July. Thanks

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Yes you can have the kids package removed from your account before your renewal. We wouldn't be able to do this from here though as we can't do package changes over the Community forums.
