Virgin biling
I signed up for a new Virgin contract back in 2022 - then moved home during the process, the same contract came with me and somehow expired in Jan - no notice of my 30 days, no calls to retain and certainly no reminder. I called many times to be told my contract will remain the same until Oct - 18 months from home move btw. I get a bill that my price is increasing to 200%. I put a complaint through but it keeps getting closed down with silly resolutions. Either leave or we keep charging you a silly price for the next few months. It is not an error on my part, I am not sure why I have to suffer. They are also not willing to give me a deadlock so I can take this further. Any advice?
