Very satisfied

Unfortunately, the survey regarding the quality of work carried out by your engineer does not work.

Please can you pass on that we are extremely satisfied of the work carried out by Ian [REMOVED] on sat 21st September.

Thank you

[MOD EDIT: Personal and private information has been removed from this post.]

  • Thank you very much I’ve just followed your advice

  • Hi RichandReb thanks for reaching out. And thanks for your nice feedback.  We'll pass this on to the engineer's manager. Please could you remove any personal details from your post, for your own security?

    Regards

        Hi RichandReb 👋

You can edit posts by heading to the arrow drop down in the right hand corner of the post.  Select the 'edit' option - you can then edit the post to remove the details as requested.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you need further support. 🌞

The 'edit' option disappears after about 40 min's from posting. Not sure what the request is for you to delete (unless it is a customer number in brackets?). If there is anything else, the moderators will have to do it.

Your colleague just asked for me to remove personal information so yes possibly a customer number?

I am not employed by VM but if your customer no. is shown in the brackets above in post #1, you can use the same drop down arrow from above and use 'Flag for a moderator' and ask them to remove that info.
