VAT receipt request

Hi there Virgin Media! 
I also need to get the VAT Receipts for the last 7 Months - Please can you tell me how to make this happen?

    Hi I need this setup too. VAT Receipts / Invoices. I need it backdated by 7 months …. I’ve been requesting on various threads and no one is getting back to me. Please help!
