Upgrade - not showing in account
Hey everyone! I placed an upgrade order on 24th October (including an upgrade to 1gig broadband) and I haven't heard anything since the confirmation email, which said activation would take 7 to 10 working days. There's nothing in the orders section of my account, and I haven't received my new router yet.
Live chat is a nightmare, but I managed to get through yesterday to say the upgrade will be added to my account in "3 to 14 days".
Any idea how long upgrades are taking at the moment, please?
