Updated my package 10/05 however vrigin changed it 11/05
I went onto webchat on the 10/05 discussing my contract, I went back and forth for about 3 hours. I was then told a price of £73, which I got 2 documents with a contract sent to me. This included sky sports and cinema. I went to watch football Saturday night and my sky sports was off. It was too late to contact virgin so waiting until the morning. I then spoke with another agent who said they spoke to the back team, who would sort my channels out and that the price would be £73. I have all the screenshot from both agents. My channels came back on however I then got an email saying my new contract was £98. I then contacted virgin back who said I had to wait 24-48 hours to see if this can get sorted. Surely if I have the screenshot and the contract they have to give me this price? I never once agreed at £98 a month contract and I have all the chats to prove this number was never even mentioned. I keep getting lied to and passed on to different people who do the same thing. Is there anyone that has had these issues or can support me? I have the documents and screenshot if needed. I also gave virgin the contract information number this morning for the contract for £73. Thanks in advance.
