I have a charge of £23 coming off my bank account to VIRGINMEDIA. For at least 2 years. I assumed it was for mobile phone, but both contracts have switched to O2 and are accounted for. The broadband payments go to VIRGINMEDIAPYMTS. I have tried to query this £23 with Virgin and my bank with both. Virgin media say they have no record and my bank says it goes to Virgin media. Going round in circles with this. I notice a few other posts on here with similar unknown charges
Similar reports from the past have suggested this might be linked to a past credit agreement with Virgin Mobile for a mobile handset

Thank you for your post, we're sorry to hear there's been some confusion regarding a payment that's been taken from us.
As goslow has suggested, this sounds like it pay be payments towards a handset loan agreement with us. Whilst SIM plans were moved over to O2 from Virgin Mobile, credit loans for devices were kept with us.
